Our Mission

* Establish the first African-American Cultural Center in Europe
* Provide education about the diversity of the African-American culture and the many significant achievements of African-Americans throughout history
* Counteract racism and stereotypes with information and education
* Provide a framework whereby biracial children and adults can learn more about, and identify with, their African-American cultural heritage
* Provide social support and ethno-specific counseling to African-Americans living in Germany

We Offer

* Cultural Events – Lectures, podium discussions and entertainment
* Seminars - African-American history, literature, art, music, scientists
* Counseling and Support - Housing, employment, naturalization, medical and psychological assistance, as well as ethno specific counseling for mixed couples and support programs for children and young adults of mixed heritage
* Workshops - Performing arts, sports, American English coached by experienced and acknowledged professionals
* Discussion Circles - What does it mean to be black or of mixed heritage in Germany? Share your experience with us!
